Description
A gorgeous example of a flowering tree. The Newport Flowering Plum has bright pink blooms that remain open even as the tree is leafing out. The leaves are a lovely complementary purple color that turn bronze in the Autumn. While mainly grown for flowers and foliage, the tree does produce edible plums. These plums are small and are loved by birds and squirrels.
