Liatris Spicata Alba is the white flowering variety of the plant commonly known as Blazing Star or Gayfeather. It is an exotic perennial plant of North American origin that blooms in slender spikes of flower clusters. Its leaves, shaped like grass blades, are mostly concentrated at the base of the plant and trail up the stem. Liatris spicata alba is an excellent late summer flower that’s great for cut flower use. It also attracts wildlife, especially bees and butterflies. And it’s very drought tolerant as well!
