Euonymus – Gold Splash® Wintercreeper

Description

Big, round evergreen leaves are soft green and yellow. Year round color. Great landscape plant. Low maintenance.

Uses Notes:

Multi-functional plant that can be used in containers and gardens. It is an evergreen so leaves remain throughout winter for great color. Excellent for mass plantings or borders. Fits well into tight spaces along sidewalks.

Maintenance Notes:

Tolerant of most soils except extremely wet conditions. pH adaptable. Withstands heavy pruning. Can be pruned any time but is best done in late fall. The occasional green branch can be pruned away at any time. Prefers medium moisture. Fertilize in early spring by applying a slow release fertilizer specialized for trees and shrubs. Follow the label for recommended rate of application.

A real improvement in Euonymus! The big, round leaves of this selection have bright, bold variegation. It has far more impact in the landscape than other, older varieties. The variegation is very stable, and the plant has excellent disease resistance.
