Completely engulfed in steel blue thistle-like flowers in midsummer Eryngium Blue Hobbit will add texture to bouquets, borders, and containers. Shorter in stature than most Sea Holly varieties. Foliage is deeply toothed and blue-green. Hardy and long lived.

Eryngium are thistle-like flowers that blanket spiny foliage. Flowers dry beautifully adding texture to bouquets, borders or containers. Great for cut flowers too. Blooms hold their color while lateral flowers develop, until the entire stem is covered with mature blossoms. All are hardy, long-lived, salt and drought tolerant. Great for sandy soil.
