Description
A striking sight in the late spring border. Campanula Joan Elliot has deep delphinium-purple flower clusters that face upwards. Delightful bouquet-like bunches appear as though they have already been arranged in a vase. Dark green foliage with leaves at base of plant are larger and broader than the stem leaves. Regal.
