Adenophora Liliifolia/Ladybells

Description

Graceful spikes of nodding, bell-shaped lavender-blue flowers rise above clumps of green foliage in mid to late summer. This charming, cottage-garden perennial resembles campanula but is typically more durable and long-lived. A lovely choice for sunny or lightly shaded borders and pollinator gardens.

H: 24–36” W: 18–24” Zone: 3–8 – SUN / PART SUN

Zone 4/5 care: Very hardy and easy to grow in average, well-drained soil. Plants spread slowly over time and may self-seed in favorable conditions. Cut back stems after flowering to keep plants tidy and divide clumps every few years if they become crowded.
