Achillea/Yarrow – Diadem

Description

Neat mounds of bright green foliage are topped with masses of small, double white “button” flowers that create a soft, sparkling effect in the garden. Its compact habit makes it ideal for edging, containers, and the front of sunny borders while still attracting bees and butterflies.

Zone 4/5 care: Very winter hardy and easy to grow in average, well-drained soil. Shear plants lightly after the first bloom to encourage fresh growth and additional flowers. Cut back stems in fall or early spring to keep plants tidy and compact.
